Alpine School District Bullying Policy: Creating a safe and welcoming environment where all athletes feel comfortable and valued is a priority of the Orem Feeder Volleyball program. We will uphold the Alpine School District Bullying Policy which is detailed here: ALPINE SCHOOL DISTRICT BULLYING PREVENTION AND REPORTING POLICY.

Orem Feeder Volleyball athletes found in violation of the district bullying policy may be subject to disciplinary action such as reduced playing time and removal from the feeder volleyball program.

We sincerely hope disciplinary action will not be required and that all athletes will choose to conduct themselves in a way that represents Orem volleyball in a positive light. Any athletes who are being bullied are encouraged to communicate privately with a member of the Orem Feeder Volleyball coaching staff.

One of the greatest opportunities that sports provides is an environment where athletes of differing backgrounds can unite as teammates. We encourage all of our feeder volleyball athletes to develop friendships with their teammates and support each other on and off the court. It is mandatory that all athletes treat each other with kindness and respect. Festering negativity can severely impact players and be detrimental to our team chemistry. We encourage parent support of this issue by communicating with your athlete about the importance of creating a bullying-free environment where all players feel welcome.
